About

We built this after being ghosted.

Hiring is full of gaps — no salary, no status, no reply. Kwirl bridges them so candidates always know where they stand, and employers stay accountable.

The problem

Ghosting became the hiring norm.

Industry research keeps finding the same pattern: most applications never get a reply, salary stays hidden until late, and candidates are left refreshing an inbox that never moves. Our founder sent 48 applications in one quarter and heard back from four — not four rejections, four replies of any kind. That silence is what Kwirl exists to end.

What we bridge

The gaps that make hiring feel broken.

No published pay. No status after you apply. No shared clock for when an employer should respond. Kwirl closes each of those: a salary band is required to go live, every stage of an application is visible to both sides, and employer response times are public on every listing.

How we make money

Companies pay to hire. You pay nothing.

No ads on your applications, no selling candidate data, and no résumé paywall — ever. Employers fund the product because they get a pipeline people actually update and sourcing limited to people open to work.

Principles

Three rules we do not bend.

No band, no listing. Response times are public. Your data is yours to export or delete, any time.
