Hire Hub

Every open role on one board.

The roles you have left waiting are pushed to the top, not buried. A published band is required to go live.

Pipeline

A pipeline people update, because it takes one drag.

Stages move by drag, notes stay on the candidate, and every move publishes to the applicant instantly.

Sourcing

Only people who said they are open.

No cold-scraped profiles, so your reply rate stops being a lottery.

Analytics

The numbers your candidates can see too.

Response time, drop-off by stage, and how your band compares. Your response time shows on every listing.

Common questions

Do we have to publish a salary band?

Yes. A role cannot go live on Kwirl without one. It is the whole point.

Does it replace our ATS?

It can, for teams up to about fifty. Larger teams often run Kwirl alongside their existing ATS for now — dedicated ATS sync integrations are on the roadmap.

What happens if we stop replying?

Your public response time climbs, and it is shown to every applicant before they apply.

How long does setup take?

About twenty minutes to a live role, including the band and your first pipeline.

What does it cost?

Talk to us. Pricing depends on seats and hiring volume, and we will quote before you commit to anything.
