- 14 Aug 26AI PolicyAdded the bias-audit summary and made model training on your content opt-in rather than opt-out.
- 14 Aug 26Data Retention and DeletionPublished the per-record schedule and cut inactive-account retention from 36 to 24 months.
- 02 Jul 26Terms and ConditionsEmployer clause now requires a published salary band in all three markets, not only where local law requires it.
- 19 May 26Privacy PolicyAdded NZ Privacy Act 2020 notification commitments and named our US state-law rights process.
How we change policies
Material changes get 30 days notice by email and an in-product banner. Anything that reduces your rights or expands what we collect needs your active agreement, not silence. Every version is archived and available on request.
