Deleting a fact

• Delete any single fact, or wipe the whole memory at once.
• Turn memory off entirely — matching degrades, nothing breaks.
• Set conversation retention to 30 days, 6 months or 12 months.

Training

Your conversations are not used to train models unless you switch model improvement on in settings. It is off by default, and switching it off later stops future use immediately.
