Exporting

Settings, Privacy holds an export button that produces a JSON archive of your showcase, applications and Kira memory. You can also delete individual items: a case study, a conversation, a memory fact, or a single application record.

What deletion removes

• Showcase, profile, saved roles, Kira conversations and memory: removed from live systems within 30 days.
• In-flight applications: anonymised rather than removed, so the employer keeps a record of the decision without keeping you.
• Encrypted backups: deleted records rotate out within 35 days.

What we have to keep

Billing and tax records are held for seven years as required by Australian tax law and the equivalent New Zealand and United States rules. The full schedule is in the Data Retention and Deletion Policy.
